Vocational Service Award 2019

Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai awarded Pratham InfoTech Foundation with the Vocational Service Award 2019 for work done over the years towards bridging the digital divide.

Gold at the India Digital Awards by Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI)

For the past 3years Pratham InfoTech Foundation along with TCS has been running the Bridge IT Program. It is a proud moment for us all as we get recognized for our work. Our BridgeIT program receives Gold at the India Digital Awards by Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI).

Pratham InfoTech Foundation's Computer Aided Learning and Digital Literacy as Life Skill Program was recognised at the Manthan Award South West India under the category for 'e education and learning'. The award was handed to PIF by Mr. Vivek Sawant, Managing Director and CEO of Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL) !!

With great recognition comes greater responsibility and so PIF strives to work harder along its mission towards e education for all!The program was appreciated for creating a learning platform that uses specially developed software systems to introduce computer aided learning and digital literacy to school age children in underserved areas and for being run through a sustainable, participatory model.

Nasik casts a spell

Cast a Spell’ is a digitally-enabled spelling competition held by WCF. This year, 200 of our students participated at the National level on the 13th of November,among other participants from Mumbai, Pune, Nasik, Gurgaon and Bangalore. 2 of our students, Nikhil Patil and Divya Chaudhri from Nasik performed outstandingly and qualified for the Next Level.

On the 27th of November, 2014, they went on to the International level. This Global Finale was held across six global locations including India, South Africa, The Philippines, Romania, Poland and Sri Lanka. 26,000 students were participants at this level and were divided in to 3 groups according to their age.

We are proud to announce that our student Nikhil Patil from Dr. Shalinitai Borse School, Nashik, secured 1st place in the 10-12 Age Group. He was awarded with a trophy as well as cash prize of $500. The school was also awarded with $500.

We are happy to have such amazing talent among our students and proud to be part of his academic journey!
