Youths with limited education and economically disadvantaged background cannot afford to invest in training that would help them develop technology skills, improve interpersonal skills and gain professional development exposure, which new global economy demands. This impacts their ability to jumpstart careers in technology sectors, find jobs that pay well, establish viable self-employment ventures, and stay employed and productive in a changing economy. We train and equip socially and economically isolated young population with the means of gaining productive employment and accessing economic opportunities so they stay technically competent in a new global economy.
