Trained to Scratch
The team Leaders at PIF are now one step ahead as they have been trained and armed with the know how about Scratch.
Scratch is a new programming language developed by the Lifelong Kindergarten Group at The MIT Media Lab research consortia, that makes it easy to create interactive stories, games, and animations and share creations with others on the web. With Scratch, one can program one’s own interactive stories, games, and animations and share creations with others in the online community. Scratch helps young people learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively various essential skills. It also helps learners to develop logic and set process flow through different projects. It was a productive 2 day session that provided wide exposure to all the 60 present.
